• • During the class, the laws associated with real estate will be discussed. Examples of violations and how the can easily occur will be shared and how, with careful consideration, can be avoided. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit. This class satisfies the GREC License Law Education Requirement.)
