This course will familiarize students with the responsibilities and rights conferred upon all licensees by the Georgia Real Estate License Law and Rules and Regulations. This course is tailored to provided licensees detailed guidance regarding compliance and the ramifications that may follow for any violation. This course satisfies the GREC License Law Education Requirement for license renewal.
