We are proud to present our mobile application for all members, Member Plus. The Member Plus app is available for iOs and Android devices. If you haven't logged into the InfoHub before, don't worry. Simply download the Member Plus app and sign up with the email address you have on file with MSAR. If you have used InfoHub before, use the same login information. Members can use the Member Plus app to:

• View and pay any open invoices.
• View and register for upcoming classes and events.
• Update your contact information with MSAR.
• View a directory of all MSAR Members.

InfoHub

In addition to a new app, MSAR has a membership portal experience powered by our new software, Growthzone. We call this portal InfoHub. Similar to the Member Plus app, InfoHub is a website that offers you direct access to MSAR's back end systems. InfoHub is designed as a working tool to offer more options to interact with your membership. InfoHub uses the same login information as the Member Plus app, works on a desktop or mobile environment, and allows members to perform any of the following:

• View and pay any open invoices.
• Set up recurring autopayments.
• View billing history and download receipts.
• View and register for upcoming classes and events.
• Update contact information with MSAR.
• Track Continuing Education taken with MSAR.
• View a directory of all MSAR Members.
• For Brokers: View and manage all unpaid invoices for your firm.

Please note that this new system has taken the place of our old membership login portal, LAMPS. To access the InfoHub, you may follow the simple account-creation instructions below. If you have already created a login using the Member Plus app, you are ready to log into InfoHub, as well.

Step 1: Navigate to the InfoHub

Visit this link to access the InfoHub:

This link is also available on our website at msarboard.com, then select Member Login - InfoHub at the top of the page. Note: You can bookmark the InfoHub on your browser for easy future access.

Step 2: Create an account.

Enter your first and last name, along with your email on file with MSAR. You will then be emailed instructions to complete the account setup.

Step 3: Explore the InfoHub

• You may click the video to take a tour of the InfoHub's features.
• Upcoming MSAR events will display to the right.
• See the menu on the left banner for more options:
  • My Info: Manage and update your contact information with MSAR.
  • My Billing Info: View and pay any open invoices / set up automatic payments.
    • Brokers and office managers will be able to see open invoices for all agents in an office.
  • Events: View and Register for any MSAR events.
  • Continuing Education: Keep track of any CE classes taken with MSAR.
  • Directories: Search all MSAR members by type.

Step 4: Additional Billing Options

From the "My Billing Info" tab, you may make payments, sign up for and manage automatic payments for future billing cycles, and view your billing history to download previous receipts.
