GAR's Contract Forms get updated twice each year. Upon completing this course, participants will be able to identify changes to the new GAR forms, recognize protections those changes provide to clients, customers, and REALTORS®, explain the forms, create a valid and enforceable contract, and meet customers' needs and expectations.
