A Brief History

Metro South Association of REALTORS® (MSAR) is in Clayton County, Georgia. MSAR received its charter on April 28, 1957, as Clayton-Henry Board of REALTORS ®, Inc. A month later May 28, 1957, it was renamed Clayton County Board of REALTORS®. The association became a Non-Profit Corporation on August 14, 1978. Metro South has been in business for over 60 years. The Association jurisdiction consists of Clayton, Henry, and Butts County.
