Clayton Reeves, the Georgia Power Land Management Specialist for Lake Jackson, will be presenting on the various property types around the lake and how the type of property directly influences the agreement type and property rights a potential buyer / seller may encounter. This will also include an overview of our guidelines for lake properties and how property rights play a role in them. Lastly, Clayton will go through items to be aware of as you are buying or selling and how to avoid potential pitfalls for your clients.
